LEFT Click on the Download File link at bottom of page to either display the file within your browser window or to download the file (it will automatically download depending on your browser version).  It is recommended you RIGHT CLICK and SAVE the file instead (as stated below).

RIGHT Click on the Download File link at bottom of page.   Read below for different browser specifics:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer:   After clicking on the Download File link at bottom of the page with the RIGHT mouse button, select the "Save Target As.." option to download the file.  A save window will appear allowing you to save the file to your computer.

• Netscape:  After clicking the on the Download File link at bottom of the page with the RIGHT mouse button, select the "Save Link As.." option to download the file.  A save window will appear allowing you to save the file to your computer.
