Printing Problems

If you are having problems to get the PDF file to print correctly, try changing your Print or Printer Settings to:

  1. Within your Printer Settings window, select the pages to print in "Landscape" mode
  2. Within your Printer Settings window, if you have a "shrink to fit" option (shrink or scale screen page to fit on a sheet of paper) make sure that is checked (enabled)
  3. If you are not familiar with how to change your Print or Printer Settings, please see your computer operating system documentation.
  4. Also note:  the original brochure is designed for a 14 X 8 1/2" page (legal size paper), so if you have trouble printing it on a standard page, please try printing on the larger size paper.

IMPORTANT: If you have trouble printing the documents, please consult your printer documentation.  You may have to use Legal size paper (in the case of the Word document) in order for the forms to print out correctly.  You may also have to manually adjust the margins within the documents or your printer settings.
